Vice President Kashim Shettima and the Director-General of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council (APC-PCC), Senator Abdulaziz Yari, have arrived in Calabar, Cross River State, ahead of the party’s presidential campaign rally.
The two APC chieftains touched down at the Margaret Ekpo International Airport alongside other party leaders and stakeholders on Monday, 2 November, 2026.
This was disclosed in a statement by the spokesperson of the Vice President, Stanley Nkwocha.

The rally is expected to bring together APC leaders, supporters and stakeholders as the party canvasses support for President Bola Tinubu ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
New Telegraph earlier reported that the Vice President departed Abuja for Calabar, Cross River State, ahead of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign rally.
