APC Kaduna Rally: Predicted Chaos Didn’t Happen – Shehu Sani
Former Kaduna Central Senator, Shehu Sani, has described the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign flag-off in Kaduna State as peaceful, saying the massive turnout had disproved predictions of chaos.
Sani stated this in a post reacting to the rally held on Saturday in Kaduna, which marked the formal launch of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election campaign ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
“We are done with the rally in our Kaduna state. Massive turnout and peaceful. Those who said it can’t happen, now it has happened. Those who predicted doom, apocalypse or chaos should be disappointed by now,” he wrote.

The former lawmaker also expressed confidence that residents would reject what he described as ethnic vigilantes, sectional interests and religious extremists.
“We are confident that our people will always reject ethnic vigilantes, sectional and religious extremists whose hearts are full of hate and violence,” Sani added.
He commended the people of Northern and Southern Kaduna, as well as attendees from other states, for participating in the rally.
Sani also praised Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani and the Local Organising Committee (LOC) for their roles in organising the event.
