Finally, ADC Unveils Venue Of Presidential Campaign Flag-Off
On Wednesday, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) announced the venue for the launch of its presidential campaign.
Senator Ibrahim Lamido, the party’s Sokoto State presidential campaign coordinator, said the campaign would kick off on Wednesday at the ADC secretariat on Ilorin Road in Sokoto.
The party announced the venue after initially keeping it secret, citing security concerns and alleging it had been denied access to public facilities and logistical support ahead of the rally.

In a statement he signed, Lamido said party members and dignitaries were preparing for the event, noting that the party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, was expected to arrive at Sultan Abubakar III International Airport in Sokoto at 9 am.
The statement invited party supporters and members of the public to welcome Abubakar at the airport before proceeding to the campaign venue at No. 1 Ilorin Road, Sokoto.
It also urged party executives in the state’s 23 local government areas and wards, mobilisation coordinators, support groups, and women’s and youth organisations to activate their structures and ensure strong participation.
