Nigerians travelling along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway are lamenting the heavy traffic and delays following the commencement of repairs on the Kara Bridge. Motorists and commuters say the gridlock has made movement extremely difficult, with some forced to trek long distances to get to their destinations.

Those caught in the traffic also complained about spending hours on the road and the discomfort caused by the prolonged standstill. They appealed for better traffic management and measures to ease movement while the repair work continues.
