Man City Will Struggle To Win Premier League Without Rodri –Barry
Former Man City star Gareth Barry has disclosed that losing Rodri to Barcelona makes Manchester City’s Premier League title challenge much harder.
Recall that Rodri completed a high-profile move to FC Barcelona for a reported £65 million package on a four-year deal.

His departure ends a stellar seven-year tenure at the Etihad Stadium where he claimed multiple Premier League titles and a Champions League trophy.
Barry believes replacing his authority and consistency in the center of the pitch will be a massive test for Pep Guardiola’s squad moving forward.
“Even before selling Rodri, given the turnover of managers at City, it would have been tough to overturn Arsenal from where they are at the moment.” Barry told BetVictor Online Casino.
“I think with Rodri going, there is even less of a threat now to challenge Arsenal. I’m sure they’re going to sign one or two to improve and maybe replace him, which will help Anderson and the other players in that midfield.

“I’d say they have less of a chance to challenge and maybe win the title now Rodri is gone. I won’t say they’ve given the title away, but it’s making it a lot harder.”
City begin their campaign against Bournemouth whilst Arsenal kick off the season with a clash against newly promoted Coventry City.
